RETURNS:

We do not offer refunds, only online store credit. 

Online purchases have 20 days once customer receives the item(s) to be returned.  

Please email maddie@shoplucaya.com for instructions.

Item/s must be unworn/unwashed with original tags attached. Sale items/jewelry/accessories are FINAL SALE. Please always read instructions on tags before washing.

 

Once your item/s are received, you will be issued an online store credit code (does not expire) to use online to use on a future purchase. The code should be entered in the discount box at checkout.
